Need to know;

• Boxes are sent out on the 15th of each month.
• Between the 18th & 22nd of the previous month, members are sent a link to a form where they can upload colour samples, photos, moodboard etc, plus text to describe their vision for the project.
• Once these are received by the Fyber Box, we go to work, designing your box.
• Each box is then uploaded as a product only available to members.
• Each members box will contain their name for easy identification.
• Members add the box to their cart.

The Fyber Box does not take your credit card details.

Payment for the members box must be completed by the 29th of the month BEFORE the box is posted on the 15th of the following month. If the member has not paid by the 29th, the membership is cancelled & a notification will be sent to the waitlist offering the membership spot.
